ABOUT
Dr. Steve, as some call him, considers himself a life-long student of human behavior. For him, any individual or organizational issue, whether it's changing a habit or leading in the midst of uncertainty or leveraging human differences begins with understanding some things about human behavior and the brain.
His life experiences and academic background in communication science, social psychology, and cognitive neuroscience create the foundation on which he crafts his talks and workshops. That science-based foundation guides his work and allows him multiple perspectives as he works with individuals and organizations on the journey of continuous improvement.
An inspirational speaker and workshop facilitator, he engages and captivates audiences all over the world (in-person and virtually) with his compelling stories and keen insight into human behavior. His presentation style has been described as a mix of Bill Nye the Science Guy, Saturday Night Live and The Big Bang Theory. Yeah, learning about one's self and others can and should be fun!
