The idea seems cool: dividing large properties into digital tokens so that anyone can invest a small amount. But when I started to figure out how to create such a platform, I realized that it is more complicated than it seems. The legal nuances, the blockchain solutions - it's all a bit daunting. Has anyone done this? Is it worth investing in developing a platform or is it better to look for a ready-made solution?
